Surraben Antok was a Romulan man.
In 2386, Antok, a burglar based on Alhaya, was hired to steal what he was told was a priceless artifact. In reality, the artifact was designed to infect Antok with a virus that would infect him and spread to others he came into contact with. Section 31 became aware of the danger and assigned Julian Bashir to cure Antok, with L'Haan believing that the virus could have wiped out the Romulan people and whoever was behind it was planning to blame the Federation.
