Sydney was a city in Australia on Earth. It was the largest and most important city on the continent, noted for its nightlife, restaurants, fashion, culture and world-famous landmarks. HistoryEdit

Sydney was founded as a penal colony in the late 18th century (Last Unicorn RPG module: A Cadet's Guide to Sector 001 Earth).

Phoenix Enterprises Limited began in Sydney as a sea-going shipping business in the late 20th century, and was one of the few large businesses to survive the Eugenics Wars relatively unscathed. It later expanded into space-based transport and relocating to Salazaar system (FASA RPG module: The Federation).

Sydney managed to avoid any major damage during World War III (Last Unicorn RPG module: A Cadet's Guide to Sector 001 Earth).

By the late 24th century it was recommended by Starfleet that their cadets visit to see the original buildings and architecture, among also spending an evening out or taking a vacation. (Last Unicorn RPG module: A Cadet's Guide to Sector 001 Earth)
