Lieutenant Sydney was a female Human Starfleet officer who served aboard the USS Enterprise in 2269. Sydney was an ethnologist scholar and overall expert on Klingon society, and was described as being a "beautiful young woman with a dark complexion". (TOS novel: Trek to Madworld)
