T'Kehr was a title or honorific given to certain high ranking Vulcans during the time of Surak. Karatek was one such Vulcan. (TOS - Vulcan's Soul novel: Exodus)

Presumably, this is separate from the title of T'Kahr. However, it could be an alternate spelling.
