T'Kell was a female Vulcan in the 23rd century. She was the Matriarch of the Last-of-all-Cities on Darien 224, a lost colony stranded from the rest of the Vulcan people before the Logic-reformation.

In 2254 T'Kell and the colony played host to a landing party from the USS Enterprise. She planned to capture the Enterprise, destroy opposition from splinter groups in the colony and return to Vulcan to conquer the modern pacifist Vulcan people.

T'Kell and the rest of the Last-of-all-Cities colony were ultimately killed when they used a powerful psionic weapon which destroyed the planet. (EV comic: Cloak and Dagger)
