T'Kumbra was a Vulcan scientist.
In 2155, T'Kumbra was the leader of the Vulcan outpost on Berengaria VII when the Romulans attacked. Lieutenant Richard Stiles attempted to inform T'Kumbra of the attack but was killed in the process. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
