T'Rukh is a planet that is tidally locked with Vulcan to a common center of gravity. T'Rukh takes up the entire sky over Vulcan's Forge and the entire rest of that hemisphere. (ENT novel: The Romulan War: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)

It is possible, that the planet Delta Vega from the film Star Trek is in reality T'Rukh.
