T'Syra was a female Vulcan in the 21st century, and was the communications officer and healer under Commander T'Lera during their ill-fated observational mission to Earth in 2045. She was noted for her pale eyes, a genetic rarity amongst Vulcans, and she had accompanied T'Lera on all but her earliest space voyages. T'Syra was consort to Selik, the mission's astrocartographer, and both perished together as the vessel fell into Earth's atmosphere. (TOS novel: Strangers from the Sky)
