T'los was a Romulan living in the 24th century. By the 2390s he was sering as a "right hand man" to Commander Sela.

In 2391, he guarded the commander when she had a meeting with Hirogen on Makar. He attempted to take the Hirogens' weapons, which almost led to a fight, but which was stopped by Sela herself. The next day, off of guard duty, T'los returned to giving orders to Makar's natives which the Romulans were using as slaves in mining operations. (ST website: The Path to 2409)
