T'Lar was a female Vulcan alive in the 23rd and 24th centuries, who served as a High Priestess of Mount Seleya.
In 2230, T'Lar served as the midwife to Sarek's wife Amanda when she gave birth to Spock. Moments after Spock's birth, T'Lar presented the newborn to his father. (TOS novelization: Star Trek V: The Final Frontier)
In 2247, T'Lar, along with T'Pau, presided over Spock's coming-of-age ceremony. (TOS novel: Vulcan's Forge)
