The T-Rogorans were a Gamma Quadrant species from the planet T-Rogoran Prime. They resembled Earth crustaceans but they were not aquatic. T-Rogorans became warp-capable around the year 1570. (ST reference: Star Charts)
History[]
The T-Rogorans ruled the Skrreea for eight centuries, executing their leaders and forcing the Skrreea into becoming laborers and servants. This ended in 2370, when the Dominion invaded the planet and conquered the T-Rogorans, allowing the Skrreea to escape to the Alpha Quadrant. (DS9 episode: "Sanctuary")
After the Dominion War (known as the Quadrant War by Gamma Quadrant species), T-Rogoran items became extremely valuable. (DS9 novel: Rising Son)
