A Starfleet Tactical Wing is a military unit consisting of dozens of Starfleet starship vessels separated into wings led by a large capital ship. Besides the capital ship, the might be separate wings behind the largest cruiser and destroyer vessels of the fleet, as well as separate wings of fighter-style vessels.
