Takayama

Takayama was a Starfleet yeoman who was assigned to the USS Enterprise in the 2260s.

During the Enterprise's discovery of the planet Gateway in 2267, Takayama brought several reports to the bridge that needed to be signed by Captain James T. Kirk. She later helped tend to Lieutenant Hikaru Sulu when he suffered a heart flutter after his console exploded. (TOS episode: "The City on the Edge of Forever" & novel: Crucible: The Fire and the Rose).
