For other uses, see Talik.

Talik (also known as Noram) was a young Romulan commander who served the Imperial Romulan Fleet in the late 2370s.

In 2379, Talik and fellow commander, Bezor, both spoke in the Romulan Senate in defense of supporting Shinzon of Remus' plans to finally defeat the Federation, and advised Praetor Hiren and the Senate to overlook their prejudice against the Remans.

When the Senate was later killed by a thalaron weapon, both Talik and Bezor escaped. (TNG movie & novelization: Star Trek Nemesis)

The name Noram comes from the CCG set: Premiere.
