Might it be more appropriate to have a subcategory for residents of the Enterprise who were not crewmembers? The "personnel" terminology makes it seemed like he was assigned to work there, which wasn't the case. -- Captain MKB 17:48, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah, I was looking for such a category prior to doing this; had searched for non-personnel, etc. But then I saw USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-D) personnel, which lists civilians, so figured it'd be OK to add him. I'd, personally, prefer to have a "non-personnel" category instead of "civilians" - is that something you're planning to do with your box template creations? How did you plan to handle civilians on that page? --Morbus Iff 17:51, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
- Well, the previous 1701-D edits have included them in personnel, but comparatively we have category:Deep Space 9 residents for non-crew over in their neck of the woods. Seem like something we could do here? We'd dual categorize anyone who transitioned between the two classifications, like Wes who started as a resident and became personnel. -- Captain MKB 18:03, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
- That's fine with me - I'll add it to my todo, unless you get to it first. --Morbus Iff 18:19, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
