- Make It So is actually a non-fiction book, that presents "leadership lessons" of Jean-Luc Picard. (It was the 1990s; you could get pretty much anything published as a business book then.) I don't know that we should include it in the scope of the wiki, though it does tend to back-up the M-A claim that "Andrea" came from studio material. - Okay, according to this Decipher site, the name appears on her Second Edition CCG card, and comes from the script to "The First Duty".
