Although we've never seen such, the games also tells us that Biraka is part of the Righteous' chain of command. Dr. Crusher tells Riker in TNG that she is not part of the chain of command. It would be helpful if you could tell us what you mean by this comment. I can't determine what this "chain of command" comment means. He was obviously a lieutenant commander, by his uniform, but what else are you trying to say?
