Talk:Christopher Pike (mirror)

Back to page

I kind of like the close crop on the image of "regular universe" Pike's face for this image -- does everyone feel it is acceptable to alter "regular universe" images like this to show "mirror universe" counterparts of said characters? it's a move I've resisted in the past (as it shows a different person than the one illustrated) but I feel it works with this application. -- Captain MKB 22:28, 30 June 2009 (UTC)

It has to be case by case, some characters will look just like their prime counterparts, and there I support entirely using a suitable image of the prime version for illustration. Some have distinguishing featured that would need to be added to image to properly illustrate them. I don't believe this image is alternate in anyway btw, it was just a closely cropped shot to start with. --8of5 23:07, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
The close crop, along with the somewhat frantic expression, really lends itself to the idea of what the mirror character might look like, provided he hasn't been mentioned with scars or anything like that. -- Captain MKB 00:22, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
