Okay, I hit "Random" and found this page, and I'd disagree with the text. "Constable" is a position, not a nickname. Additionally, canon information indicates he was Terok Nor's chief of security before the Bajorans and Starfleet took over; I believe he also carried the title "Constable" at that time. --Captain Savar 13:50, 14 October 2008 (UTC)
