I've removed the following uncited/sourced information:

"Durani Lizard Skins are a Klingon snack similar to potato crisps.Deep Fried until crisp they broken up and are eaten with salt and are an accompaniament,along with gagh to most Klingon ales.The Durani Lizard itself is a breakfast dish that is slow steamed over a period of up to 18 hours.It is then carefully boned.The flesh is pale yellow and piquant in taste."
