Just adding a note for possible future changes while i have them in mind (and if anyone else wants to take a shot, feel free; my plate is already overloaded): The T'Kon outpost in "The Last Outpost" trapped a Ferengi ship and the E-D with some sort of planet-based energy dampener, and another planet-based system (with some difference) also appears in Best Destiny. Both are, of course different from the Breen weapon, but the page could be generalized to talk about the different types of energy-dameners that have appeared.--Emperorkalan 18:35, 21 January 2007 (UTC)
