The whole thing. Ironically, the part about Hoshi's death, while written by Sussman, never actually appeared on screen. Here is a visual of what was seen...

It looks like this wasn't sorted out. Is it proper to use the information about Hoshi's death on Tarsus IV, given that it never appeared on-screen? This version is what appeared in In a Mirror, Darkly, with no mention of Tarsus IV or her death. This version went unused.
