I don't think Blaine was ever in command of that ship. The Miranda class ship he was hown to be commanding had the registry NCC-1877. Besides, he's later seen commanding the ISS Excelsior, which can be seen behind the Reliant. And since the Reliant seemed to be in a fly-by when Blaine was talking to the Admiralty it can be assumed that it had passed the camera by the time Grand Admiral Turner was pointing at the screen and that he was actually pointing at the Excelsior. - Bell'Orso 11:04, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
