Is it actually stated (or, more probably, implied) that Shiarkiek and Ael are on different sides of Charvanek's family? It would seem more logical for Ael and Shiarkiek to be more closely connected, considering the events of The Empty Chair. --TimPendragon 15:47, 24 August 2007 (UTC)

"Romulan Commander" appearances from the "Phoenix" books, "Killing Time", and "Black Fire"...?[]

I'm somewhat surprised to see that this character's appearances in those novels are not addressed in the main body of the article. Was there concensus that these appearances should simply be dismissed as impossible to reconcile? Just curious... might be interesting to see someone take an attempt at explaining how they could possibly all fit together... --MShivers 22:12, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

Nope, no consensus (only once 'c' in that word, by the way). It's simply that no one has added that data yet. The article is still growing. Feel free to expand it if you wish. Keep in mind, though, that Memory Beta does not alter or retcon one source to fit another; however, if there is a discontinuity, we do make note of it. --TimPendragon 01:07, 4 April 2009 (UTC)
