There are now a number of non-Star Trek movies (Singin' in the Rain, The Time Machine) that have been redirected and re-redirected to this page. I'm pretty sure, once upon a time, there was a generic film/movie article; why was that lost? --Seventy 06:04, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

I think User:McCoy thought he was being "helpful," by moving the Movie page to Star Trek films, not understanding that it was referring to films in general. It should be moved back --TimPendragon 06:21, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

Appreciation to Doc for moving this back. I tried to establish a little organization to the in-universe portion of the article. I worry, though, that this will encourage notes of every story that ever referenced a movie. I'd also ask our category gurus if there could be a "movies" category, that would make it easy to maintain a list of mentioned movies this article to then link to.
