Well the note from Voyages of Imagination concerning Once Burned should shed some light:

"Story spans about three months. The book says this portion of the story ("The Interview" to "The Hearing") takes place six years before the framing story (2374), which would place it in 2368. However, we placed it in 2369 after "Chain of Command" (TNG), when Jellico was a captain, due to the fact that Jellico is an admiral in the story."

So it seems a case that some people who contributed to the article may be using the timespan suggested in the novel, rather than the retconned placement to fit after "Chain of Command", so the main story should definitely take place in 2369. --Mr. Saxon 09:04, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

Since they never explicitly said "2368", it seems like the kind of thing where someone said "six years" when they meant "over 5 years" .. -- Captain M.K.B. 15:57, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
