Just checking, you sure this is an actually rank and not just a reference to a centurion who happened to be conidered the senior individual in the situation? --8of5 19:16, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
- Ael was going to call a Starfleet officer a "Senior centurion" suggesting it was a rank, at least to me it did. -- Darth Batrus 20:34, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
- From the glossary of "The Romulan Way":
- enarrain -- senior centurion; colonel of infantry, commodore of Fleet forces. Minimum rank at which an officer may command more than his own vessel.
- Interesting in that khre'riov (commander general) is noted to also be approximately equivalent to a colonel or commodore -- meaning (or at least suggesting) that "commander general" and "senior centurion" are roughly equivalent, and possibly represent two different branches of Romulan service. -- Captain MKB 19:45, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
