Cut speculationEdit

I cut the following information because it was speculative in nature.

In the mid 24th century, the Excelsior-class USS Farragut was retired from active service. She was replaced by the Nebula-class USS Farragut. In 2373 the Nebula-class Farragut was destroyed during the brief Federation-Klingon war. Because of the desperate need for ships, Starfleet reactivated the Excelsior-class Farragut, which was refitted and placed back into active service. (DS9 episode: "Chrysalis")
