Is To Reign in Hell: The Exile of Khan Noonien Singh really part of the Eugenics Wars miniseries as stated in this article? I think the miniseries talks about the time during the actual Eugenics Wars within the Star Trek chronology. The events in To Reign in Hell is about Khan's exile on Ceti Alpha V and not events that took place during the Eugenic Wars.
