I think not. The species seen in "The Chase" was clearly a solid, humanoid race. The Progenitor seems to have been essentially a giant Changeling who dropped a "litter" of undeveloped Changelings in the Gamma Quadrant and moved on. Interestingly, Salome Jens played both a Changeling and the alien from "The Chase". – Turtletrekker 21:04, 29 September 2007 (UTC)

Would be kind of cool if they were related though, the Progenitor was some sort experiment of the humanoid progenitor's or something, a bit like the ancients and relicators in Stargate. --8of5
