Leonard McCoy uses GalLat, GalLong, and DistArbGalCore to tell a Romulan where to send a signal. Given the lack of knowlege the average Romulan has on the United Federation of Planets, it isn't too big a reach to believe this is a system the Romulan Star Empire uses. And what about L. A. Plex? It was a town that Leonard McCoy assumed the Romulan capitol would look like. Upon seeing the location, he said it looked more like Old New York City. Where is the problem? LA is short for Los Angeles -- add your observations to that article, would you?

GalLat is short for "galactic latitude", GalLong is short for "galactic longitude" and DistArbGalCore is short for "distance from arbitrary galactic core". This isn't a Romulan system at all, in fact, in the previous Rihannsu novel these terms are used by a Federation communique. Please stop making assumptions based on your incomplete comprehension -- this "big of a reach" makes for incorrect articles, see? If you don't understand and have to make a "big reach", maybe you should stop pointlessly adding incorrect data to articles and refrain from writing what you do not know. -- Captain MKB 03:11, 6 August 2008 (UTC)
