Destiny readers please fixEdit

The 2381 section says "While securing the salvage two members of the Aventine's crew were found dead in the wreckage of the Columbia. During the investigation the source of the death (a member of the Caeliar managed to board the Aventine where he caused additional deaths by accident. (Destiny novel: Gods of Night)" Given the time-traveling nature of the story, the first sentence could mean that two crewmembers had been on the Columbia 200 years ago or it could mean they were just recently killed. The second sentence is grammatical garbage. Is it "investigation OF the source" or is there a section about the source of the deaths just missing? Or is the member of the Caeliar actually the source of two deaths and then he kills more? I haven't read Destiny so I can't really fix this up.
