100% sure on the phasers, see Mere Mortals page 11. I don't recall the warp speed being specifically referenced (could have easily forgotten though) the best I can find is Lost Souls page 33 which mentioned they had achieved .85 past the Enterprise's top speed. --8of5 01:41, 1 December 2008 (UTC)

I always figured that the .85 past the Enterprise's top speed was because the Enterprise's maximum speed was reduced by two events: activating the Transphasic Shields and then the battle damage from the fights with the Borg and later the Hirogen which reduced the the speed to Warp 9.05.
