lol i duno what you just did, but it was working anyways before hand. The links that the novels were going to before were not to the direct Novels so that's all that i changed. Other than that, it all should be good.

It was fine. I edited the links to use template shortcuts and require less manual coding. -- Captain MKB 04:05, March 24, 2010 (UTC)
There we go, So what was wrong with it? --AdmYates 10:13, March 24, 2010 (UTC)
There wasn't anything wrong with it, Mike just used the template shortcuts. So instead of having to type out [[Homecoming (novel)|Homecoming]] you just have to use the {{nov}} template as {{nov|Homecoming}}, to cut down on the work you have to do. --The Doctor 10:26, March 24, 2010 (UTC)
Ya thats a Negative on that, the link to Enemy of My Enemy was not working correctly. thats what i was wondering about. I knew about the Nov part before. but Enemy of My Enemy still was not working for some reason as well as The Farther Shore, I was able to get The Farther Shore working but just couldnt get Enemy of My Enemy AdmYates 10:30, March 24, 2010 (UTC)
Apologies, I was just trying to be helpful. In that case, the problem with the link was that you didn't capitalize the M in My. --The Doctor 10:33, March 24, 2010 (UTC)

Name[]

Is this name given to this series of novels anywhere besides fan websites? I'm not sure it's a proper name like this article claims it to be. -- captainmike Wiki-wordmark 01:13, March 24, 2010 (UTC)

Spoilers![]

I don't think I'm qualified or knowledgeable to edit things, but I got ruined right in the first paragraph. I am good at "not seeing" things but that one about Janeway was written so tidy I just sucked the paragraph in instantly. I recoiled in horror and got off the page immediately. But thought I would mention a huge SPOILERS at the top of that would be nice. (I was just looking for the order)

-thx -anon - unsigned

Thanks for pointing that out. That article has not been very well maintained and the order was a bit nonsensical - the person or persons who worked on it don't seem to have a good grasp of writing for an audience. There seems to be a lot of maladjustment where people can't seem to write a simple list and instead try to put every data point they can under any heading they can find.
That being said, our site is rife with spoilers and that was a data point for a novel that came out over a decade ago, and our spoiler policy only covers the past 6 months of releases, not things from 2008. so i solved this by placing the more salient data points at the head of the article -- captainmike •••• 15:16, 2 October 2021 (UTC)
Thanks! Yeah, I am generally pretty spoiler proof (functional unsee) but that one got me. -- anon 03:48, 4 October 2021
