Talsa Gray was an individual who worked for the University of Alpha Centauri in the late 24th century. Gray was quoted when discussing reforms in Ferengi society, notably brought about by Rom and Nog. (ST website : The Path to 2409)

Presumably, Gray was a professor at Alpha Centauri, but this is speculation.
