The Taluno Library was a structure located in Ashalla on Bajor.

It was constructed over eighteen hundred years ago and was the center of learning in the Dahkur Province. The most advanced construction techniques were used to make the library with a complicated pattern noted in the walls and columns wih a high level of craftmanship as well as aesthetics being employed by the ancient builders of the library. The Taluno Library was set on fire by the Cardassians during the Occupation of Bajor after an uprising from Bajoran laborers. It rested above the underground catacombs known as the Paths of the Lost. By 2376, a memorial to Vedek Tanin Prem had been constructed on the former site of the Taluno Library. (DS9 - Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novel: Bajor: Fragments and Omens)
