Tamara Butler was a female Human in the late 24th century, born in Savannah, Georgia, on continental North America, Earth, in 2343 to parents Forrest and Wendy Butler. She graduated from Starfleet Academy in 2368. She then was posted as a Starfleet Ensign on the USS Enterprise-D. She was a junior engineering officer, serving under the direct command of Lieutenant Commander Geordi La Forge. She was was described as being quick to learn and quite level-headed, but lacking in field experience. Some of her off-duty hobbies included folk dancing and drama. (TNG video game: A Final Unity)
