Tamok was a male Romulan Archpriest in the late 2370s, and a respected leader in Romulan society following the collapse of the government after Shinzon's coup d'état.

Tamok was expected to visit the Federation in early 2380 to meet newly elected Federation President Nanietta Bacco. However, this was a deception created by Romulan Ambassador T'Kala, and Tamok had never planned such a visit. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
