A tandu-beast was a type of animal found on Rigel VII (Kolar).

Tandu-beasts were used in the wars between the Orion Emperor of the Vaj and his own rebellious vazaks. Driven by Kaylar slave-soldiers, the tandu-beasts dragged laser cannons into battle and siege warfare against the vazaks' diburnite fortresses. (Decipher RPG module: Worlds)
