Tarkalean tea

Tarkalean tea is a beverage that has existed since the 2260s. It is popular among the crew and civilians on Deep Space 9, including Julian Bashir, Kira Nerys and Odo. (DS9 episodes: "Past Prologue", "Hippocratic Oath", "Trials and Tribble-ations")

After the disappearance of Benjamin Sisko, Bashir gave Kasidy Yates a cup of Tarkalean tea to soothe her nerves. (DS9 episode: "What You Leave Behind")

In 2376, Parmak gave Elim Garak a cup of Tarkalean tea. (DS9 novel: A Stitch in Time)

Tarkalean tea has also been spelled as "Tarkelian tea".
