Te'ri O'ullhy was a Damiani female, and a military general during the rule of Pad'gy D'ullh (a.k.a. "Pad'gy the Destroyer") on Damiano. Te'ri led the forces that overthrew Pad'gy, and was regarded as a savior of the planet. The Te'ri O'ullhy Award for Valor was named in her honor.
