Tea
Memory Beta, the wiki for licensed Star Trek content.
Tea was a beverage which could be served either hot or cold. The tea was made from plant leaves and steeped in hot water. If the tea was to be served cold, then the tea was gradually cooled and then poured over ice. There were many varieties of tea from various different planets. (ST website: The Path to 2409) Over her years of service aboard NX Enterprise, Subcommander T'Pol was served various Earth and Vulcan blends of tea both hot and cold. (ENT episodes: "Breaking the Ice", "Babel One", "E²", "Fusion (episode)", "Fallen Hero")
Hikaru Sulu was fond of having a cup of tea in the morning. During his command of the USS Excelsior, Sulu was known to enjoy a cup as he started duty on the bridge. On one occasion, Ensign Tuvok brought Sulu a Vulcan blend of tea. (TOS movie: Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country; VOY episode: "Flashback")
Captain Jean-Luc Picard was known for his fondness for Earl Grey, and would often order it from the replicator in his ready room with the phrase, "Tea, Earl Grey, hot". (Star Trek: The Next Generation) On one occasion, Picard had Ensign Raymond bring him a cup of tea while he was on bridge duty. (TNG comic: "... Where No One Has Gone Before!")
In 2389, Jake Sisko visited Elim Garak on Cardassia Prime. Garak offered Jake Sisko red leaf tea. (ST website: The Path to 2409)
