Tel Renavir Morat was a member of the Alonis species who served as chief of staff to Tel Venatil Liss, the Alonis ambassador, in the 2290s.

In 2293, he served as a tour guide for Federation ambassadors, Spock and Alexandra Tremontaine, and escorted them around several fascinating tourist sites, including their planetary history museum. (TOS novel: Crucible: The Fire and the Rose).
