The V9-class (also known as the Temar Vastaram-class, translated as Night Flyer-class) was a series of class VI Romulan cruiser starships in Imperial Star Navy service around the time of the 23rd century.

The Temar Vastaram vessels crewed 162. These vessels docked two shuttlecraft, and possessed six transporter rooms, with three 9-person personnel transporter stages, two large-scale emergency transporters and a single cargo transporter. The V9s measure 136 meters in length, 190 meters in width and 57 meters in height, with the type-1 vessels having a weight of 67,100 metric tons and the type-6 ships upgraded to 70,900 tons. The vessels have a cargo storage capacity of 80 SCU (standard cargo units), or 4,000 metric tons. Control computers on board were of the R4M type. The V9 had two RWC-1 warp nacelles, with an cruising speed of warp 4 and a maximum speed of warp 6. The impulse engines were of the RIC-2 type. The ships were defended by RSH type deflectors. Both variants were equipped with four RB-6 disruptor emitters with arcs of fire in all directions, and were also equipped with two forward-facing plasma weapon launchers of the RPL-1 design.
