Tempasa is a settlement on Bajor.

In the late 2350s, the Shakaar resistance cell engaged a Cardassian force near Tempasa. (DS9 episode: "Ties of Blood and Water")

During the Occupation, a Cardassian geological survey station was located in the hills outside Tempasa. In 2361, the Shakaar attacked the station, although they discovered it was a ruse to draw out the Resistance and were attacked by the Cardassians. Dakahna Vaas was believed killed in the attack, although she was actually taken prisoner. (DS9 novel: Fearful Symmetry)
