Tess Allenby was a female human in Starfleet in the 24th century.
In 2365, she was an ensign assigned to the USS Enterprise-D, serving as a shuttle pilot and backup conn officer. During her time on the Enterprise, she was part of a small social group which dubbed itself the "corner office".
Allenby formed a strong animosity toward Wesley Crusher, who she perceived as blocking her own advancement on the ship, given his status as "acting ensign" and his regular assignments to bridge duty. (SCE eBook: Many Splendors) By 2367, with Crusher's acceptance to Starfleet Academy, Allenby was assigned as alpha shift conn officer. (TNG episodes: "Final Mission", "The Loss")
