Thali sh'Dani was an Andorian shen during the 23rd century.

In an alternate timeline, she was engaged to Thelin but the Eveste Elders wouldn't allow them to mate, causing Thali to break off the relationship, forcing Thelin to return to Starfleet. (Star Trek: Myriad Universes novel: The Chimes at Midnight)
