- The Enterprise Incident (TOS episode) - This comic is a sequel to the TOS episode with a guest appearance from the female Romulan commander and a continuation of the Starfleet/cloaking device story, with the Enterprise testing a new cloak designed to better the Romulan version.
- TOS references - The issue features several references to TOS' episodes and movies:
- The first page depicts the San Francisco air tram station, as seen in Star Trek: The Motion Picture.
- A mysterious character on said first page reviews data on the Guardian of Forever, first seen in "The City on the Edge of Forever".
- Kirk and Spock discuss Carol and David Marcus, Kirk's former lover and son respectively, as established in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.
