The Untouchables was an American television crime drama which ran from 1959 to 1963. It starred Robert Stack as Eliot Ness. The series dramatised Ness' experiences as a Prohibition agent and his fight against crime in Chicago during the 1930s.

While Nog was convalescing in Vic's lounge in one of his uncle Quark's holosuites aboard Deep Space 9 in 2375, he developed a fondness for the films and television series of the mid 20th century, including The Untouchables. Vic Fontaine turned off the television while Nog was watching an episode of the series. (DS9 episode: "It's Only a Paper Moon")

In 2376, B'Elanna Torres located an episode of The Untouchables in which Ness and his fellow Prohibition agents captured Al Capone in the USS Voyager's historical database for her boyfriend Tom Paris. (VOY episode: "Memorial")
