Thithta was a Andorian in Starfleet who served as communications officer aboard the USS Enterprise-C in the early 2330s.

Thithta specifically requested to be assigned aboard the Enterprise because he wanted to serve aboard a starship with such a famous pedigree. (ST short story: "Hour of Fire")
